Dropping dairy and refined grains will minimize mucous build up since you are reducing mucous-forming foods. If you go another step to reduce nuts and eliminate animal fat you can then extinguish any chance of contracting colds or flues. Acidic foods form excess mucous. Humans already produce enough mucous without getting mucous from diet.

It is now beleived that our ancestors began using weapons to hunt as far back as 5 million years ago (Chimps found hunting with spears–google it). We have only really been eating grains for about 10,000 years tops. And processed food for a fraction of that time. That cow I ate last night was vegan, what good did it do his longevity………?……:P

It is now beleived that our ancestors began using weapons to hunt as far back as 5 million years ago (Chimps found hunting with spears–google it). We have only really been eating grains for about 10,000 years tops. And processed food for a fraction of that time. That cow I ate last night was vegan, what good did it do his longevity………?……:P

Do not fall into the hype which is put out by traditional medicine regarding the promotion of canola oil (rapeseed) as superior due to its concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids. Olive oil is far superior and has been around for thousands of years. Canola oil is a recent development and the original crops were unfit for human consumption due to their high content of a dangerous fatty acid called euric acid. or if you are frying or sautéing food, then you should consider coconut oil.
